好冇食過北京填鴨,咁啱今日朋友請食飯,我哋就去咗食呢間餐廳啦!店員好熱情,就算我哋冇預訂,佢都畀咗一個近海邊嘅窗邊位畀我哋!值得一讚嘅係,呢度嘅餐牌真係影得好靚,而且好有格調,未食已經好有期待感,流曬口水。「打響頭炮」口水雞同粟米羹係第一道菜,都算係一道開胃菜。口水雞味道偏香辣,而且好有芝麻醬香 味。咬落啲雞肉好嫩,同個醬汁幾夾。佢唔係油淋淋好多辣椒油嘅口水雞,反而係重視醬料嘅味道,不過愈食愈會有一種麻辣嘅味道,喺舌頭上散發。睇個樣唔覺得太辣,但食落係會有啲辣嘅,呢個係我幾估唔到。粟米羹係見唔到一粒完整粟米係入邊,佢係將粟米打成糊狀作一個湯汁,中間會有啲竹笙同埋魚肚,兩者咬落都幾爽口,同個粟米味好相配!「金漆招牌」終於到咗填鴨呢個重點啦,呢度食北京填鴨好講究,每一個鴨嘅部位,店員都有細心同我哋去解釋清楚。佢有提到,因為油脂分佈太多嘅部位係唔適合配埋個捲包嚟食既,就咁食就可以。之後有啲部位就可以點黃芥辣同埋藍莓醬黎食,呢兩個配搭我都覺得好新鮮,之前都未食過,幾特別!而鴨肉部分就可以點返傳統嘅北京填鴨醬,同埋夾返青瓜絲食,最正係我有紫色嘅山楂條,咬落好開胃同鴨肉好夾。「桃紅柳綠」一字骨非常

「金漆招牌」
終於到咗填鴨呢個重點啦,呢度食北京填鴨好講究,每一個鴨嘅部位,店員都有細心同我哋去解釋清楚。佢有提到,因為油脂分佈太多嘅部位係唔適合配埋個捲包嚟食既,就咁食就可以。之後有啲部位就可以點黃芥辣同埋藍莓醬黎食,呢兩個配搭我都覺得好新鮮,之前都未食過,幾特別!而鴨肉部分就可以點返傳統嘅北京填鴨醬,同埋夾返青瓜絲食,最正係我有紫色嘅山楂條,咬落好開胃同鴨肉好夾。

「桃紅柳綠」
一字骨非常之開胃,汁醬嘅酸甜度啱啱好,咬落唔會太濃味。而且唔會得骨,入面都有足夠嘅肉畀我去食,當中一字骨嘅肉好重肉香。貌相幾特別,又紅又綠。如果四個人一齊食一碟應該啱啱好,但我哋兩個人食就好似有啲太多。

「拍案叫絕」
黑椒蜜糖雞翼係我全晚覺得最震驚嘅一道菜,蜜糖啱啱嚟到嘅時候,依然係呈半融狀態,用筷子夾起雞翼之後,仲有拉絲嘅效果。一黎到枱已經非常之香,同埋好吸引!加埋微微黑椒味,唔太濃,黑椒味同蜜糖出奇地夾!雞肉非常正,軟滑,咬落仲有好多肉汁。

「嘖嘖稱奇」
最後上檯嘅係芝士焗大蝦同埋鹹蛋黃鮮魷,大蝦既蝦殼已經係中間開咗邊,用支叉輕輕一吉就可以起到成嚿肉出嚟,食落都算彈牙,大蝦同個芝士汁好夾,芝士汁有微微嘅焦香味,濃稠度岩岩好,又唔太鹹,吊到蝦肉既鮮甜味出黎。 鹹蛋黃鮮魷個皮炸得好香脆,鹹蛋黃味好出,而且夾埋個鮮魷食幾特別。鮮魷本身冇乜調味,鹹蛋黃味幾濃,加埋鮮魷配搭得幾唔錯,只係略嫌鹹蛋黃脆皮放耐咗少少會有啲油膩,所以食嘅時候要快啲食!
