今日我哋去咗食北京菜我,好少食北京菜,粵菜就食得多,估唔到銅鑼灣都有一間北京菜館,朋友就拉咗我去一齊食。蔥油拌麵$70黎得北京菜館,當然要試下去啲麵條喇,北京既麵同香港既麵完全唔同,呢度嘅麵條都幾粗,質感唔彈牙啊,比較偏腍,但伴埋油同蔥,味道更上一層樓喇。白菜豬肉餃$75一碟有成10隻,我哋兩個人嗌左兩碟,每人十隻真係超飽啊。餃子比較厚皮,同北京嘅傳統餃子一模一樣,入邊嘅餡料唔算好多,點醋食,酸酸地,就更開胃。
