To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚上8PM左右,專情黎到呢間鴨大哥試個北京片皮鴨,冇BOOK位都唔洗排隊就入得。不過落左單之後就等左好耐先上菜,差唔多都有20-25分鐘上菜之後見到分量都幾多,鴨都帶兩大碟,皮有兩蘢 仲要每塊都有用紙隔住,十分貼心同hygiene個碟醬汁及配料差唔多冇哂個時,waiter自己主動送上另一碟而片皮鴨都好好味,肉質嫰口,配上傳統食法,鴨肉加清爽青瓜及京蔥,再加上甜醬,鴨肉切得好薄,一塊皮可以放到兩片鴨肉,口感更豐富
