To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日放假,所以過左海搵朋友食飯,因為朋友住太古城果邊,所以由朋友發板食咩啦✌🏻,唔使自己諗食咩係最好架😝😝,朋友話想食呢一間,因為時間仲係好早,所以唔使等位就可以入坐啦,入到去環境舒適,服務員都好好禮貌,1)北京片皮鴨(半隻),比起出邊呢到會多幾款醬汁,平時只係得甜麵醬,但呢到仲有,桂花糖醬、冰梅醬、胡麻醬,每個醬都有唔同嘅味道,但我個人比較喜歡桂花糖醬,偏向清甜及去油膩👍🏻,而且除咗青瓜及京蔥之外,都多左蜜瓜條同西芹絲👍🏻👍🏻,2)百合腰果炒桂花蚌帶子,桂花蚌及帶子好新鮮,好夾口,味道剛剛好,唔錯,3)招牌口水雞(半隻),好香麻辣味,但又不太辣,而雞又唔靱,4)熱情果籠仔蝦球,虾好大隻,又好新鮮,煮到酸酸甜甜好開胃,5)燕京菜膽雲吞雞湯,雲吞好飽滿,雞湯好足料,又唔會好油,好好飲👍🏻👍🏻整體來講值得一試
