To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福皇廷　2007-05-18這間位於紅磡火車站旁國際都會的食店，炒菜不好吃，坐位間通道很狹窄，招呼差，價錢貴，如果我選食店，一定不揀這裡，可是我愛人的家族聚會，偏偏每次在這裡，唉！今次菜單如下：北京片皮鴨(二食)(138)　　片皮鴨皮很脆，鴨肉較多，海鮮醬不鮮，"麼麼"是塊五吋丁方的黃色薄餅，無味，（為甚麼不用圓形的白色薄餅），拌片皮鴨吃的竟是普通蔥花！不是京蔥，甜美的京蔥變了辣喉的普通蔥。可能因第一次片皮鴨肉較多，七彩炒鴨絲的鴨肉很少，很咸。大班兩味(138)　　金銀蒜蒸頭腩，西芹炒班片翠塘豆腐(55)　　假豆腐很咸蒜香燒汁牛柳粒(78)　　牛柳很咸迷你一品冬瓜盅(108)　　湯無鮮味蝦乾銀絲節瓜煲(55)　　節瓜無節瓜味，蝦乾無蝦乾味？其他只是一般味道彩虹玉帶花枝片(68)，馬拉盞炒通菜(48)，清炒北京菜遠(55)白飯(13碗@8)，瑤柱白粥(8)，紅豆沙(8)，豆腐花(2碗@8)芒果布甸(2碗@10)，楊枝甘露(10)，原個椰皇燉燕窩(38) 茶芥(11人@10)總數$1057加一後$1163
