To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕節和家人吃飯,必然是選擇中菜,順一順長輩口味。今次選擇的北京樓中環店,環境佳位置方便,雖然是美心集團出品,但星級是名副其實,食物做得頗佳。酸辣湯、翡翠龍鳳羹、松茸牛肚菌湯三款羹湯中以翡翠龍鳳羹較佳,這味海鮮羹雖清淡但頗有鮮味,適合不愛油膩的朋友;松茸牛肚菌湯也熬得清甜,有各類菇菌,但其中有一、兩種菇菌較韌,不易吃;酸辣湯是京滬傳統湯羹之一,配料下得足但是調得過辣了。片皮鴨二食 (鴨鬆生菜包)星級食府收費當然比平常貴些,但質素也較有保證。雖片皮鴨索價五百多元,二食還要外加,美味程度也是滿意的。片皮鴨可選切法,我們選了皮肉分開,更能嚐到鴨皮之脆。除了烤得香脆,油脂更是飽滿,可能店家選用了體型較大的鴨子。要挑剔的就是鴨肉較韌,有點柴。麼麼皮不厚不薄,表面沾了些麵粉令皮之間不會黏在一起,還可以。配料齊全,青瓜蔥絲麵醬皆有。二食的炒鴨鬆較普通,混了些松子、蔥之類的。小籠包、蘿蔔絲酥卷、蔥油酥為了迎合小朋友口味,點了幾款小點心,意外地做得很好。小籠包皮薄,湯和餡調味溫和,令人吃得份外舒服;蘿蔔絲酥卷外皮酥脆,內餡的蘿蔔絲汁液豐富又有點爽口,我特別喜歡這道;蔥油酥餡料豐富,蔥香四溢,三道點心都令

宮保蝦球
個人覺得名菜之一的宮保蝦球就表現普通了些少。蝦球是紮實彈牙,但外皮粉漿質感不好,
上菜時溫度不夠熱,所以要扣分。醬汁還好,帶點甜酸,辣味不重。

西檸雞
這一味也是點來迎合小朋友口味的,炸粉比較厚,檸檬汁酸了些,不是太推薦。

撇除一兩款小菜,大多數食物也是滿意的。主要是坐得舒服,又不會太嘈吵,適合一家大小聚餐。
