鹿鳴春,一間充滿懷舊風北京菜館,是晚聚會我早左一個月就打定電話訂檯,至可以guarantee星期五晚有位jar。呢度好旺場,除左有本地人,仲有好多日本人同外國人幫襯。等人齊期間食左碟前菜,素鵝($80,小),有淡淡嘅煙燻味,唔錯。花素蒸餃($80, 10隻),清清地食素餃,因為主角未到。是晚主角:烤北京填鴨($420),師傅即席係側邊片鴨,呢度片嘅方式係連片帶肉,仲有大大碟餅皮,同青瓜京蔥加甜醬。阿姐好好招呼,勤力換碟,仲同我地講呢度啲餅皮係自家手製,難怪我覺得好厚身,食幾塊都見飽。蔥爆羊肉($98,小):落左好多京蔥同蒜片炒羊肉,羊肉薄薄地冇騷味,京蔥吸收晒啲精華,爽脆好味。最後食多兩碟菜均衡下,家常豆腐($78,小)及上湯火腿炆津白($78,小),清清地去膩,因為五個人食一隻北京填鴨都幾多架。呢啲老牌食店,無論環境、裝修同氣氛都同而家嘅新派京菜店好唔同,真係好有特色!
