去過國內也知道潮汕美食多不勝數,在香港想吃正宗潮州菜價錢絕對不便宜,當然也有不少貼地選擇。銅鑼灣「潮興隆」新開不久,由燒鵝、小炒、𧐢仔粥、潮式粉麪等、甚至甜品反沙芋也有得食,選擇甚多。我地就食得簡單啲紫菜四寶河共有四款丸、餃墨魚丸+肉丸+魚餃+扎肉衆多丸中我最愛彈牙的墨魚丸,可惜只得一粒,湯底比較清,河粉超多,-定夠飽肚。沙薑雞用上脂肪少走地雞,鷄皮黃、肉質較為結實,鷄肉味更濃郁,重點-定要點上咸香沙薑醬,它能令雞肉變得更惹味。珍珠蠔仔肉碎粥店員送上時见到碗「珍珠蠔仔肉碎粥」出曬煙,珍珠蠔十分多、隻隻漲卜卜,材料還有芫荽、香葱、方魚和肉碎等,質感是糜的狀態,半粥半飯,味道鮮香,十分飽肚。粉麵+$10配油菜芥蘭加腩汁
