To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陪呀媽飲茶,去咗美孚試吓。真係只係講句未至於好難食,但夠喇,下次唔好預我喇。炸魷魚鬚好似番炸過幾次咁,唔得。黑胡椒牛肋骨,奀。叉燒酥,好普通,但酥皮都係麻麻哋。個胡椒豬肚湯,吓,無胡椒味嘅?唯一好D嘅係雞腳,個汁唔錯,叫咗碗白飯嚟撈,幾好。
