終於過咗三個星期既exam period, 即刻衝去K11換埋啲印花, 換$100 coupon & VIP card (temporary)! 我刻意安排exam後換, 因為咁樣會開心啲!! 上次黎食有個好印象, 所以又再光臨這間2011米芝蓮推介餐廳今次目的係甜品, 計算埋佢十分好味既housemade bread...只好只叫一個lunch set: Linguine tossed with fresh clams, chilli garlic oil and fine herbsHousemade bread~ 總共有5款~今次無上次cheese bread, 但係有麥包&我最愛既dried tomato and herb bread~smells gd; 個白芝麻包&黑芝麻包好香(上次無, 應該次次吾一樣)好啱我依個芝麻迷, 啲包熱烘烘的, 一啲軟熟, 一啲in 纫, 各有特色, 再加上依度提供既olive oil and pine nuts 點埋一齊食, 食到停吾到~ 如果吾係要等埋個daily soup, 我們倆兩三下就清哂lu~ 兩碗湯? 我地明明只係叫咗一個

甜品環節到~ 叫咗個Trio of creme brulee~我仲有啲貪心, 希望可以用K11 既coupon食free daily dessert~ 明知吾得(因為只叫一個lunch set),但依然吾要面子, 勇敢去問經理~ 結果, 可能見我''小朋友'' (i'm already in senior form now, though), 佢話無問題(佢既面色看得出係應該吾俾既~) 好好既service~
三個既焦糖好薄好脆, 燉蛋又香又滑, 同旁邊既薄脆配合得天衣無縫, 豐富口感; original: 見到有vanilli seeds, 食落又無奶粉味(奶粉既vanilla味好假, 我最怕), 同Paul Lafayet有得揮,不過杯面大啲會好啲, 焦糖面會大啲~ dark chocolate, 幾香chocolate味, 但係就無咗啲creme brulee既特色, 好似食緊chocolate pudding 加塊脆脆咁~ mango: 啖啖芒果肉酸酸甜甜的, 幾特別, 啱哂啲吾好甜既食友~
朱古力味幾濃, 但幾; mousse幾滑~較實, 仍是軟滑的; 中間夾咗啲白色小顆粒, 蓉蓉既, 好甜, 就是令成件dessert甜既原因, 好似係杏仁膏(杏仁口味merci chocolate入面既嘢), 我吾太鐘意; 底下層chocolate cake, 可惜俾濃濃既mousse蓋過, 有點失色~
個經理見到我影相, 就風趣咁話'' 我好怕你地影相, 因為怕影得耐, 嘢食涼哂, 影響食物quality~ 我成日心諗:''快啲食la~'' haha, 但係dessert 就吾怕~' ''所以我只會影三秒, hehe~'' 我答
Overall係幾開心~好好既service同food, 令我會再試佢既dye-aged beef(上次食過)~
