To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 寫咗二百幾篇食評去到Level4,終於要出一篇劣評,我唔係所有舖頭都讚,唔好嘅都係會寫出嚟在皇后街點了一碗小鍋米線係有雙粉春卷的米線,坐正大門身形肥胖的女士店員落了兩碗春卷米線,然後她退了現金給我,跟住我再重新點過一碗,也付了款。之後突然那店員要求我要給回,剛才她退給我的退款,佢話支付寶係要客人喺支付寶 度撳退款要,我把現金歸還俾佢。咁我就話要你哋店舖電腦撳退款制,再有張單退款,我先能夠向支付寶追討,你們處理咗電腦內按番退款,我定把退款現金歸給你,但她一直不肯,還是直不停大聲罵我,佢話係顧客自己責任打去支付寶退款。請問冇憑冇據我如何找支付寶說退款?我已經覺得很不合理 ,因為支付寶沒有可能知我有冇食到那個麵,如果所有顧客食完去按退款,那對店舖也不公平。我話一定要店舖申請個喎,如果唔係支付寶點會知道,就不停大聲喺舖頭對住所有客不停鬧我就,話我唔俾返錢佢,之後我把現金收起 ,我話你處理咗退款按咗退款制,我一定會還給你,但係你要處理咗先,跟住佢不停就話係要客自己要求支付寶退,但係我冇任何真憑實據佢不給我退款單據我如何要求支付寶退呢?佢只不停喺店舖內鬧我,之後佢找咗經理出嚟,我話好的我等你們處理

我已經覺得很不合理 ,因為支付寶沒有可能知我有冇食到那個麵,如果所有顧客食完去按退款,那對店舖也不公平。我話一定要店舖申請個喎,如果唔係支付寶點會知道,

佢只不停喺店舖內鬧我,之後佢找咗經理出嚟,我話好的我等你們處理最後經理也是在佢的機裏面撳退款再出了一張退款單給我影相,我相信這個先係真正嘅做法,首先有單據記錄有號碼之後我才能向支付寶跟進退款。

直至我食完麵嘅時候,佢還在門口對住店舖的人不停鬧我,我覺得呢個店員非常過分,我相信係佢自己唔熟悉退款程序就鬧人,沒有撳過退款嘅掣亦都冇出過退款單,我相信佢亦都唔識撳係有個經理去按,我走嘅時候繼續喺度鬧我,我話不嬲都係個客自己去退。最後我走嘅時候亦都告訴他如果個個人食完碗麵自己可以退款嘅話你哋舖頭應該倒閉了我唔知佢明唔明白佢係需要撳咗退款制有根有據個客先能夠自己追支付寶的。


其實店員係直程不肯處理同拒絕用店舖嘅電腦去撳處理退款!最後都是經理走去去得見到咁退款掣同退款單出嚟

最後我想講佢幫我重新落嘅麵,煮出嚟嘅麵都係錯,我要雙份四條春卷嘅一碗麵,煮出嚟得兩條春卷同唔知點解變咗牛腩!??!不過我唔想再爭論落去,我都費事再話佢第二張單都落錯, 我唔明點解我走嘅時候都仲要喺門口度鬧我,好過分!

我相信落錯單再向顧客退款係一個非常普遍嘅程序,而且店員亦都需要知道,同知道點撳,亦都要有責任顧客去處理去按退款。
