To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日終於見識到咩係邊爐界嘅KOL ,雖然係負面個隻。大大塊既好似俾人打瘀咗嘅M5牛肉,配上鼻屎咁大粒嘅墨魚丸,隔張枱都聞到浸腥味嘅鯛魚片,少少米線加大大碗芽菜,驚死你食唔飽。嗰兩隻蝦同元貝就唔評價啦,但塊牛真係好surprise,暗紅色又大大塊,切到成塊牛扒咁,抱住呢個冒險精神擺入口,韌到似食緊抹布咁,隨之而來嘅就係嗰浸騷味,唔食下真係唔知比到幾多驚喜你! 咁嘅質素賣$118,食完真係要打返篇食評至得。
