今日黎開佐敦做野,見到呢間陶園燒臘d燒味好靚仔,買返去加餸真係一流🤤🤤🌟燒鵝 $100叫師傅斬左$100燒鵝,份量都唔少☺️燒鵝表皮刷上糖水,可以增加香味同色澤,經過炭火燒烤過後表皮薄脆,鵝肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,夠晒肥美,食落啖啖肉🤤。點埋附送既酸梅醬,甜中帶酸,將味道提升!👍🏻👍🏻🌟燒腩仔 $70師傅即叫即斬,唔會令肉汁咁快流失!燒腩仔係燒肉中最幼嫰既部位,亦都係最貴同最好味😆,所以$70份量唔會有太多,不過最梗要係好味道!好驚食到全肥膏既燒肉😵但呢到既燒腩仔肥瘦適中,唔係全肥膏,有少少脂肪,食到脂香味,肉質腍但唔鬆散,有豬肉香卻無豬臊味, 味道醃得岩岩好,唔會太鹹搶走肉味,非常出色!燒腩仔外皮卜卜脆,即使拎到返屋企再食都係脆口。雖然有附送芥末醬,但我覺得即使唔點醬都一樣好食!😋😋
