成日唔知煮咩好,我都會外賣斬料加餸,雞係我首選之一,今次同JJ去觀塘買嘢,順便訂左朋友介紹既窯燒雞😋窯燒雞的烤制過程需要一定的技巧和經驗,需要掌握火候和烤制時間,以保證雞肉烤制均勻和口感美味。返到屋企一打開錫紙即聞到好香雞味🐔 噴到有 紅蔥、蔥、洋葱香味秘製醬汁,他們用了三黃雞,外皮金黃再加上原隻雞上菜,賣相十分吸睛!串燒三兄弟見到都嘩嘩聲。烤出的雞肉外皮酥脆,內部肉質鮮嫩多汁,口感十分美味,容易拆開之外,雞肉食落嫩滑又多汁。雞肉下還有秘製醬汁,淋上雞肉上更入味提鮮,一家人食份量剛剛好!
