Restaurant: The 5B Private Corner

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 步入年尾,工作量大增,個人做到超級疲累,加班日數漸多,引致須經常外出吃晚飯。今天又係一個加班夜,心思思想去我至愛的5B private comer 吃翻餐嘆下休息下,化悲憤為食量,其實近來少去左,往時每月總會幫襯一至兩次。嘩,上到餐廳,好多人,咁夜都咁多人,D人現在真是好識搵食呀。今晚得一個人,叫了晚餐,包餐湯、牛油法飽、田園沙律、主菜、飲品及甜品,不用傷腦筋,十分豐富,慢慢享受一下。我叫了我至愛的黑毛豬。先來牛油法配雜菜湯,湯蕃茄味濃郁,配多士好正。再來田園沙律,小小分量,夠了。然後是主菜黑毛豬配意粉,味道完全冇變,仍然係好鬆化,多肉汁,配上蘋果醬,好好味。最後緊係要吃雪糕加凍奶茶。美食令我感到好幸福。廚師手摰仍然好好,無得頂。一間用心做餐廳,一定要多多推介。

嘩,上到餐廳,好多人,咁夜都咁多人,D人現在真是好識搵食呀。今晚得一個人,叫了晚餐,包餐湯、牛油法飽、田園沙律、主菜、飲品及甜品,不用傷腦筋,十分豐富,慢慢享受一下。
