Dracontomelon Duperreanum Sauce, Smoked Baby Duck - 仁稔醬香燻BB鴨Another wonderfully fragrant dish. The Baby duck meat was tender with crispy skin, but the sugary tea aroma was so exotic. A must order. And priced so fairly.

Signature Fried Rice - 錦繡桃李飯Fried with Duck Meat, Prawns, Gai Lan and lots of eggs. This was the elegant hotel style of fried rice without being too dry like a Dai Pai Dong version. Really appreciated this.

House Made Tofu-Fa on the fly - Very tofu soy like in taste, but smooth as milk. Probably one of the best tofu fas I have had in HK.
