好耐無食過謝記, 對上一次一碗粉都仲係16蚊.
今日莫名其妙想食墨魚丸(平時我唔食的) 所以嗌左碗墨丸魚皮雲吞米加多碟炸魚皮.
墨丸一d都唔爽口彈牙, 不過係我杯茶(唔知點解我食丸類除左貢丸, 我鍾意食粉d, 所以我諗我呢個評語不能作實啦), 魚皮雲吞呢我一直覺得係謝記最好食, 縱使出面好多地方賣的都ok. 佢個皮係有少少腥味令我覺得真係有魚皮做材料, 而且好有咬口. 加左價到17蚊的一碗粉好大碗, 食唔哂!
其實來謝記我主要係食佢d炸魚皮, 好似有報紙介紹過係用邊隻魚去整, 我冇深究, 知道佢好食就得啦. 將佢浸落d湯到, 濕濕地但保持脆口, 最正! 不過佢碟魚皮縮左水喎, 少左好多. 都唔係平要16蚊碟架啦.
