係一般酒樓嘅蟹籽豬肉燒賣,咬落去都幾香口,唔會好乾身或者太油,肉質都幾厚實

筍尖蝦餃皇 $40
雖然叫蝦餃皇,但個size都唔算大粒,蝦肉餡都幾爽口,蝦餃皮唔會太厚身,同埋唔會太黏,唔會痴埋一舊

脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 $50
腸粉份量都算多,配上3款醬汁(胡麻醬、泰式酸辣醬、豉油),睇擺盤都覺得好有心思,外皮紅卜卜,仲有沙律醬點綴,好打卡able

芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷 $42
咬落去個外皮幾脆口,但食落都feel到偏油嘅,要飲多幾啖茶解下膩先~個餡都幾好,蝦肉都飽滿,啲芝士仲係流心㗎!

龍炸拼 $78 (大澳蝦醬鮮蝦卷、一口鹹水角、蘿蔔絲酥、龍芋酥)
呢款炸物拼盤有少少令人失望啊
