位於荃灣的點茶公館,是一間主打現代風格的創意點心中菜館。品牌希望透過食物造型,菜式擺盤,環境氣氛,帶給客人全新演繹、與別不同的傳統粵式美食。 店內裝潢走新潮時尚風格,環境寬敞,光線明亮,擺放著大量霓虹燈燈牌,比一般茶店更有新鮮感。 餐廳是有營食肆之一,店內的菜式選用優質新鮮食材製造,全部不含添加劑和味精。少油少鹽製作,感覺上相當健康。蜜瓜燉老雞螺頭湯 $48  鮮菠蘿豬頸肉 $80 配搭新穎的小菜,有香甜的菠蘿配軟腍的豬頸肉,口感一硬一軟,很新奇呢~ 香炸荔枝蝦丸 $72 這個蝦丸造得超級像荔枝,不得不配服廚師的手藝呀! 蝦丸味道帶辣,甚有驚喜,不過味道略淡,重一點點更好哦! 柚子手撕雞 $90 柚子配手撕雞,又是另一有趣的組合。吃起來非常清爽,適合夏天食用。 飛機流沙包 $34 每次去喝茶,我都會點流沙包。這個以飛機棋為主題的流沙包,賣相好可愛唷。 菲林芝麻卷 $24 懷舊的傳統甜品,芝麻味很濃,很不錯呀。
