Restaurant: One Point Zero One

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來觀塘有一間咁有創意又好食嘅台灣菜滷肉飯原來可以撈芒果,一個讓人意外但又驚喜嘅組合,魯肉飯本身就係一道香氣誘人嘅台灣傳統美食,加上芒果嘅獨特甜味,甜甜鹹鹹非常好食。另外我叫左一份特盛薑蔥排骨便當,薑蔥香氣四溢,而且勁大份,會有台式腸仔,好大塊炸排骨,絕對係飽腹又滿足。而邪惡蛋之戀帶嚟一種奇特但又美妙嘅口感,芋泥同肉鬆包裹喺酥脆嘅蛋餅裡,每一口都係驚喜連連。炸花雕雞翼則帶有濃厚嘅花雕酒香味,外脆內嫩。全手作芋頭鮮奶滑嫩而濃郁,芋頭嘅香甜同鮮奶嘅滑順完美結合,絕對係清新解膩嘅最佳選擇。
