To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日拜完神,食素,女朋友话陪我食,见佢甘有heart,諗住揾少少新意思,search 下open rice,睇下有咩介紹,最後決定呢間,好評夠,款式新穎,得意,地点方便,係潮流特区行過對面馬路便可。當晚叫左个二人餐,彷鰻魚,泰式彷名爐魚,湯彷翅湯,ok,夠味,夠料,之后鳗魚用左鳗魚汁,味道ok,但之后每一樣都淡而無味,名爐魚得個酸字,其實可以加番多幾样配料吊味,例如雜菇,金針菇,豆卜,生根等,賣相與味道不附,可能賣相太好,你会expect味道as a same level, 總括黎講,不係難食,但不可以用"好食"來形容。可以有好大空間改進!
