To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本月初從台灣旅行回來,非常懷念台式的美食。在open rice 得知有士林台灣麵,便忍不住和男朋友來,藉此緬懷一番台灣之味。 男朋友點了香酥雞排麵,雞排層次分明,連平時不吃雞皮的我都搶著食那又脆又香的雞皮;而雞肉的部份也很嫩滑,說真心話,比"大雞大"的好很多。更甚的是,我覺得比得上"豪大大"。而湯底亦很不錯;麵也很厚實及有咬感。 我的紅燒牛肉麵也非常不錯,牛肉是相連的肉及筋,不點也不韌,而且很入味。這湯底是牛肉湯,比起台灣,會少了八角的味道,但依然很濃。 我們是在下午茶的時段食,人較多;而麵也是即點即做的,所以等待的時間較長,約等了15分鐘,但麵和雞排上菜的時候是熱騰騰,好正。 建議下午茶時段去,27元的一碗麵及一杯台式飲料,較抵。
