疫情下食肆經營百上加斤,有小店明白到賺錢雖重要,但真材實料,烹調美味佳餚,客人吃得安心滿足,才可真正令生意愈做愈旺。紅磡黃埔最近有家新的父子檔米線店,主打無味精靚湯底,王牌的龍蝦湯底不是西式濃稠偏鹹,反而有種中式的清爽口感,用新鮮龍蝦、蝦、蟹等食材熬足6至7小時,不加味精,入口有一陣濃郁鮮甜蝦味,當米線沾滿湯汁時,更令人回味無窮!
