古井中的刷子膠燒鵝拼湯渣燒腩仔飯刷子膠燒鵝,切得太細冇哂肉汁,淡而無味,根本都唔知係鵝定鴨。還有食燒味係一定要有熱汁係上碗之前淋返熱啲燒鵝,完全唔識做港式燒味。至於湯渣燒腩仔,一樣切得太細冇哂肉汁,淡而無味,你唔講仲以為係隔夜,即使唔係隔夜但味道同口感真係似係隔夜。唔好以為寫住《金漆招牌》就自認係大班,口號式嘅招客方式,已經過時,點解唔自己做好啲。最後個人意見係街頭買盒雙拼飯去公園食仲過癮🤣
