間餐廳食燒肉為主,下午來到還是吃壽喜燒好了,免得一身燒烤味。選擇了棉花糖A5和牛壽喜燒,原來棉花糖意思是在火鍋上放上一串棉花糖,火鍋熱氣一直上升,棉花糖就會熔化下跌入鍋中,壽喜燒的甜甜度更強。但其實打卡性質比較重,味道其實不大影響。A5和牛雪花超靚,油脂十分均勻,不需要再高級了,要不就會過肥過油。除了肥牛,還有菜盤,日本蛋,加埋一個飯就是一個豐富午餐。A5和牛牛味也很足夠,加埋壽喜燒甜鼓油的味道很好,浸入日本生蛋之中,油膩感得以中和,又可以吃到蛋香,一舉多得。朋友選擇了海膽蟹膏松葉蟹甲羅燒櫻花蝦石頭飯,可鍋來到不會太熱,弄到一整鍋也是飯焦,櫻花蝦受熱後非常香。撈勻甲羅燒前先偷吃海膽,味道極鮮極甜,如果份量可以多點便完美了。海膽蟹膏松葉蟹甲羅燒撈勻再撈入石頭鍋飯中,香氣立時飛出。食下又香又濃又好香,多一碗也不怕吃不完。

A5和牛雪花超靚,油脂十分均勻,不需要再高級了,要不就會過肥過油。除了肥牛,還有菜盤,日本蛋,加埋一個飯就是一個豐富午餐。A5和牛牛味也很足夠,加埋壽喜燒甜鼓油的味道很好,浸入日本生蛋之中,油膩感得以中和,又可以吃到蛋香,一舉多得。
