To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約左個朋友兩個人吹下水,又想留係觀塘線喎,就揀左德福間牛角。個朋友早到去左攞位先,我隔左10分鐘就到啦,一到就咁岩叫到我地入得,而家門口一個客都無,唔通星期三無咩生意?🤔入到去就用平板電腦點餐,點完直接入總機,好方便喎,我最怕有人係隔離吹我點單又或者佢落錯單。😅就係我個朋友點緊果陣,我望到有promotion citibank信用卡做7折囉!!!!!What?!我朝早先用完張citibank卡然後放低左無帶出黎。😭言歸正傳,因為我想食牛,所以就叫左大部分牛既選擇,咩都試下咁。首先,叫左個燒肉盛合先,分別有5種肉,腹胸肉,牛角上級牛肋肉,豬頸肉,牛舌,同埋雞腿肉。其實我麻麻地燒雞肉,因為好難控制時間,今次都唔例外,食左一舊耐過龍太鞋,一舊唔夠熟;至於豬頸肉,我都覺得麻麻,無咩豬頸肉獨特油香味,可能比我燒走晒,食落好似瘦肉,不過牛角主打牛既,3種牛我最鐘意腹胸肉,貪佢林林地唔識咬好耐,脂肪分布平均夠晒香;其實牛角上級牛肋肉同牛舌都唔錯,前者好夠味,只係切得太薄所以我鐘意腹胸肉多D,牛舌其實好好食,不過我燒得太耐要好用力咬另外我地仲叫多左份牛舌同牛肋肉,因為份量唔多唔夠食,朋友仲叫左個牛角飯

另外我地仲叫多左份牛舌同牛肋肉,因為份量唔多唔夠食,朋友仲叫左個牛角飯墊底,個牛角飯就係飯上面鋪左層紫菜,咁就貴$14


另外叫左牛油金菇同雞脾菇,無咩特別,牛油金菇係連錫紙盒一齊燒。

題外話,其實一直以來我都有個謎思,好似呢d燒肉或者shabushabu都有幫d牛分等級分價錢,但我真係食唔出有咩分別,我一度以為我係試味無咩天份,直到我去神戶試左同一間店唔同既牛,人地係真係令你感覺到個等級既差異架,只係係香港就無咩參考價值。
