難得平日早放工,即与友人到大埔食八妹雞煲, 假日真的未必有位,所以難得機會,未夠6:00已到步食好嘢。 原來店舖幾大,橫裝的顏色配襯好charp,夠舒服闊落,職員充滿笑容,親切窩心。    點餐紙都有較多選擇,比較多元化,當然一定要試試傳統雞煲,由於朋友極愛食雞,所以大膽order了一隻,職員姨姨有叫我們想清楚,都怕我們食唔晒🤣態度殷勤。雞煲又怎能沒有竹蔗茅根水呢。 上菜極快,職員EE協助我們撈一撈煲內的料,隨即可食。打開蓋,香氣撲鼻, 雞煲混雜多種材料同醬料,雞屬大隻雞,肉質不似雪雞,不錯,一啖雞一口竹蔗水,正呀!食到大半,可放湯稀釋醬汁,不得不讚湯內不加鹽的設計, 沒有令湯汁越加越濃同死鹹。貪食的我,很想一試他們的安格斯肥牛,於是點了一客細份,再order一份鮮腐竹及紅薯粉。肥牛果然沒令我失望, 頗香油脂牛味。 腐竹及薯粉吸收了湯汁精華,真的令人回味,下次一定再光顧。
