To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左幾個buddies 食飯, OpenRice 又有新店推薦所以就去試試呢間新店. 店內環境非常Classy!! 黑黑地好有fine-dining 既氣派! 場內用左好多好靚既年花去取代揮春等等的傳統裝飾. 我地叫左3個頭盤小菜,無論係色香味都各有出色. 紅蜇頭只用麻油去伴味, 真正的蜇頭好爽口,口感十足. 由於蜇頭太貴所以呢一碟既portion 都唔多下面係用左青瓜托底. 滷水鴨舌味道正常食落小小麻辣味, 好食! 陳皮牛肉味道係喜出望外, 食落咸咸地但有重陳皮味既after taste! 掂! 見到枱枱都有叫呢個松露糖沁蛋, 我地都唔會放過! 4個人剛剛好每人半粒. 上菜時店員會在我地面前打開個瓶蓋, 一陣好濃烈既煙薰味飄出我個人就唔太like呢個味道因爲實在太似裝香的味道! 粒蛋個味道好好, 好重茶葉的煙薰香夾埋上面既松露係夾到既. 脆鱔甜甜地分開兩小堆, 一堆上配薑絲另一堆配上蛋絲! 蛋絲我都諗唔到點樣可以切到咁幼. 刀功真係利害! 呢個蘿蔔鰂魚湯真係暖入心!! 魚湯底味濃但又唔係味精個d味再加上香香既蘿蔔香, 真係好好好好好好好飲! 係可惜一個portion 只分到4碗想

最後呢件松子桂花魚😍😍永遠見到松子魚我都必叫! 係我既至愛😘😘呢條魚個樣好靚味道都唔錯,不過令人失望既係炸粉太多食唔到條魚既味道. 食到啖啖都係粉,唯一既遺憾!
