朋友帶我到觀塘工廠區食私房菜,非常期待!6:45到達,座位上已擺放了印有朋友名字的是日菜單,誠意十足。餐前小食有涼拌黑木耳,岩鹽花枝豆,茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子及有機沙律菜伴芝麻醬,流心蛋口感豐富,味道難忘,值得一試!燉湯有原盅燉姬松茸淮山燉甘筍黑毛豚肉湯,湯料多,湯甜味濃,另一盅是原盅燉鮮土茯苓鑽地老鼠黑毛豚肉湯,清甜好味,不能錯過!主菜有精美可口的蝦球水芙蓉,原以為是蒸蛋,原來是豆腐加蛋汁,蝦鮮肉爽!另外有士多啤梨豚肉伴草莓,香煎北海道帶子海中寶及金銀蒜香有機時令蔬菜,荷香蒜蓉海斑片原龍蒸鴛鴦飯,均是水準之作!最後還有時令甜品(水果拼盤)。是晚收費是800多元,有殷勤的侍應, 豐富的食材,用心的烹調,誠意的安排,可謂難忘的一晚。
