To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都係食開單點,一直知道牛角有放題都冇試,所以決定試一次,同朋友慶祝生日。係去之前睇過食評,知道walkin要等好耐好耐,所以預早左兩星期book位。 而當日去到現場只需再等15分鐘就可以埋位。我地今次簡左LV3的美國SRF極上和牛放題,星期五晚正價時段每位$368加1。食物方面最鐘意佢既美國極上和牛板鍵肉,每一口都是淋淋的,而一口牛都唔錯。雖然只100分鐘用餐時間,但平板下單上菜速度快。佢地仲有自助bar俾你整紫菜,當你食耐左覺得油膩時,配上牛角飯就啱啱好
