Upper House 新餐廳 Salisterra 以全新姿態登場，上年聖誕前夕，誤打誤撞喺 Café Gray Deluxe 結業前幾日嚟咗食 Tea，今次趁同一位朋友生日特意再訪，好好慶祝一番 🎂有別於傳統嘅精緻三層架，呢度採用前後上菜嘅方式，問工作人員係咪食完一樣先會繼續上菜，答覆係「整好就上」，乜呢啲茶點都會即叫即整㗎咩？🤣 以同等級嘅酒店下午茶而言，定價十分相宜 2 位盛惠 $530，食物一碟接一碟食到捧住個肚走，邊個話 High Tea 食唔飽？🥵 整體鹹點比甜點更出眾，份量亦都頗為驚人。事先請餐廳幫手寫生日祝福，一般會放個朱古力牌仔喺 Tea Set 度，但呢度就由頭食到尾都未見驚喜，搞到我忍唔住喺壽星面前問咗幾次，都無人答到我幾時有 🙉 原來壓軸準備咗檸檬貝殼蛋糕，有成 5 件咁多真係餵豬咁 😆 睇返張單蛋糕無另外收錢，都幾貼心 🥰🧂 鹹點推薦 ‣ 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐮𝐠è𝐫𝐞𝐬泡芙以軟滑嘅松露芝士作餡料，食落有啲似好綿好綿嘅薯蓉，暖暖哋簡單又好味 😋‣ 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫香脆酥皮包住切得細碎嘅蘑菇，充斥菇菌香氣，令人回味嘅一款 Pastr
