今次走到半山試呢間好多好評嘅印度餐廳
叫左佢哋嘅Tasting Menu 490pp

類似乾身嘅咖喱蝦,食落香料重啲

-Mexi Thali
Fusion 薄餅,厚度適中
有牛肉同yogurt

-Pani Puri
脆球入面有薯仔、洋蔥、蕃茄同豆,再倒入酸酸地嘅湯汁,有驚喜😋
-Sakarkhandi chaat
蕃薯粒加上乳酪醬同紅石榴粒
個人一般好多醬😣

店員話Pani Puri 同 Sakarkhandi chaat都係印度嘅street food,長知識
食完頭盤,黎左個兩層架👀

店員介紹係用Claypot整嘅羊架同三文魚
佢話個Claypot可以煮任何食物
兩樣都唔會過熟,我鍾意三文魚,羊架香料好重😗不過無羶味

香料竹筒飯,飯好乾身,落埋提子乾同nuts,食落辣辣地,😋😋

-Chettinad Prawns
店員話係印度嘅煲仔飯😆
咖喱蝦again, 有醬汁,味道同頭盤唔同,幾好食

最後有甜品
印度糖球Gulab jamun,浸滿香料糖漿…🥶
對我黎講太甜😣😣但我朋友食左3個仲要點埋啲糖漿食🤔

好好嘅體驗,令我對印度菜認識多左
店員服務好好,會介紹每款菜式,會同我哋講下笑
主廚都好親切,佢走咗出嚟問我哋對食物嘅意見😍
