跟友人慶祝生日來到鉄人旨花、整間餐廳以花為主題、經過壽司吧檯來到鐵板燒區。前菜分別是煙肉薯蓉和沙律菜。因友人不吃龍蝦、我們點了象拔蚌。很美的擺盤、象拔蚌燒得剛好、仍保鮮著鮮味及juicy 的感覺、友人讚不絕口。接下來是煎鵝肝多士。鵝肝表面煎香略脆、裡面油潤、香氣在口中持久未散、拌多士吃好正。A5和牛肉質嫩滑半熟、內裡呈玫紅色。配菜的南瓜燒得香甜、蒜片脆卜卜也很好吃。師傅加入和牛粒、雞蛋弄的炒飯、香氣四溢、煙韌而富口感。這裡的清酒煮蜆很特別、以紙做的盛器在鐵板上煮蜆、蜆肉大隻清甜、湯亦很甜。來到甜品是什果凍、有紅石榴、蜜瓜、藍莓等、很有吃下去粉粉的蒟蒻。
