To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初嘗尼泊爾菜~自問咩都鍾意食，亦都非常鍾意食新嘢，但真係未食過尼泊爾菜！聽過呢間喺廟街這既異國菜餐廳The Jungle好耐啦，小店裝修風格走叢林風，雖然店子小小，但身在其中猶如置身熱帶森林，我去嘅當晚仲有好多外國人幫襯，有一刻真係以為自己唔喺香港！尼泊爾餃子MOMO($88)可以跟蒸或煎，餡料亦可選雞/豬/芝士，我揀咗蒸雞肉餃，外皮帶煙韌，入面超juicy，配上秘製辣椒醬，好惹味！不愧係招牌！The Jungle Tacos 烤牛肉墨西哥卷($144)除咗尼泊爾菜之外，仲有墨西哥Tacos食，Tortilla口感煙韌，包住大量蔬菜，番茄莎莎醬，牛油果醬及烤牛肉，呢個配搭一定穩陣，不過入面嘅材料如果多D，特別係番茄莎莎醬，牛油果醬再多D，味道會更加豐富充實！Cajun Chicken Fettucine 美國西南風味雞肉寬麵($128)呢個我覺得唔完全似美國西南口味，反而加咗尼泊爾嘅style，醬汁creamy濃郁，每條闊條麵都好掛汁，而且唔會煮得太淋！原先仲好想試下其他尼泊爾菜式，例如：尼泊爾炒米通、血腸、炒豬雜、尼泊爾米飯拼盤，點知呢三道菜太過大份，我哋竟然飽到食唔晒！唯有下次再嚟
