第一次食地中海菜,係裝修好外國嘅環境下食特別有feel,如果日頭食坐室外應該會好chill。睇menu先知原來廚師係5星級酒店同領事館做過,難怪食物咁有水準有機藍青口 $235頭盤係藍青口,加左蒜蓉同啲啲鹽調味,由於唔多調味料,保留到海鮮原味👍🏻。青口好新鮮無霉味,唔加檸檬汁就覺得有啲啲鹹,加左可以中和番啲鹹味,更能突出青口味。石燒牛 $290唔好影太耐相,一定要快啲燒,大概每面燒30秒,建議一次過燒完牛再燒菇,菇會吸曬牛啲油香味🤤,牛肉脂肪唔係好多,唔會肥到膩。焗黑松露奶油通粉 $180芝士醬汁多到見唔到通粉😍,口感creamy味道好濃郁,面仲加左啲麵包碎乾,口感層次更豐富。甜芝士卷包著鮮忌廉 $110擺碟好grand,賣相十分吸引📸,加左玫瑰糖漿,多左陣花香味。外圍係甜嘅芝士包住有啲啲凍嘅cream,口感soft好特別,似食緊雪糕海綿蛋糕。
