To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 印尼串燒就食得多，印尼菜就真係未試過，今次就有朋友相陪一嘗印尼美食；店舖面積唔算大，但目測可以坐到20-30人，今晚都幾滿座，大約個半鐘頭內已翻枱兩次，其中都有唔少同鄉客人幫襯，相信呢度出品算係幾地道～白鱔沙嗲 (三串) $98印尼沙嗲串燒果然係正，有驚喜！好香炭燒味，白鱔肉質結實彈牙，咬一啖，啲魚油慢慢滲出來，好好味！值得一試！一定要趁熱食！印尼四大天王 $78*轉班蘭飯 +$15見到多人食呢道四大天王，所以就跟風試吓喇～本身係跟普通白飯，加$15可轉班蘭飯或椰漿飯(伴魚仔，少辣)，任君選擇；印尼四大天王有白切雞丶巴東牛肉丶沙甸魚丶加多加多沙律。一碟可試哂4款印尼美食，抵！印尼語Gado Gado 代表雜錦嘅意思，係形容材料很豐富，而呢度係有椰菜絲、紅蘿蔔條、芽菜加上花生醬嘅沙律。原條魚花膠湯粉皮 $78原條炸魚上枱係有D吸睛嘅，size同隻碟一樣大，炸到好靚仔，脆卜卜，好香口。花膠湯底係似中式打邊爐嘅花膠雞湯味道，味濃稠密有膠質，湯內有一塊花膠，而粉皮好薄身，微微米香，口感滑嘟嘟，同花膠湯好夾！牛油果沙冰 $48比想像中大杯！有少少朱古力漿調味，淡淡牛油果味，夏天飲，透心涼😌芒果
