好耐冇寫過食評,但係呢一餐好值得寫低佢 😬😋趁住restaurant week, 男朋友就book咗Wolfgang’s Steakhouse食好西。Set dinner大約六百幾蚊一個人,有齊starter, main course, side dish同埋甜品。最值得記錄嘅一道菜,就喺呢度嘅招牌Porterhouse for two 🥩 男朋友話呢個招牌菜set menu食得到算係幾難得。For two嘅份量其實非常之大!又大塊又厚身。T bone一邊係牛柳, 一邊係西冷。牛扒外脆焦香,上啲嘅時候依然聽到啲油吱吱聲😛 我哋揀咗medium rare, 裡面啲肉好粉嫩嫩滑。Porterhouse for two係dry-aged T bone steak,今次係我初嘗乾式熟成牛扒 😆首先試咗牛柳嗰邊,已經覺得同平時食嘅牛肉好唔同,牛味香好多。之後試埋西冷嗰邊,wow 牛味好濃郁!😮 嗰種味似係風乾肉嘅感覺。簡單講係聯想起ham, 不過今次係牛 😆 真係未食過咁濃嘅牛味,原來dry-aged就係令到啲牛味再集中啲。至於前菜,我哋揀咗crab cake同埋龍蝦湯。Crab cake好足料

首先試咗牛柳嗰邊,已經覺得同平時食嘅牛肉好唔同,牛味香好多。
之後試埋西冷嗰邊,wow 牛味好濃郁!😮 嗰種味似係風乾肉嘅感覺。簡單講係聯想起ham, 不過今次係牛 😆 真係未食過咁濃嘅牛味,原來dry-aged就係令到啲牛味再集中啲。

至於前菜,我哋揀咗crab cake同埋龍蝦湯。Crab cake好足料,每啖都係絲絲蟹肉。點埋個醬食亦都好夾。

龍蝦湯都好飲,不過如果比起酒店級數就爭少少,未算係好香濃龍蝦味。

去到甜品Tiramisu, 估唔到竟然係咁大份 😂 符合美國餐廳嘅份量 😛 好彩啲side dish冇揀到薯仔,如果唔係真係過飽。

甜品味道都唔錯,只係個人比較鍾意酒味濃啲嘅,所以唔算係最喜歡嘅版本。

呢度嘅裝修好classic好大體, 氣氛唔錯,而且好闊落。節日嘅晚餐食係幾好嘅選擇。
