適逢農曆10月15,今日去到元朗呢間新開素食餐館食花齋,揸車去到門口剛好有咪錶位可以停泊。餐廳前身係太和殿火鍋,裝修格局上無明顯嘅改變,仍然保留三間房間,感覺依然乾淨企理,落單嘅時候店員對餐牌上某啲菜式認知不足,所以隨隨便便叫左幾個餸同埋一個炒麵,足夠我同朋友兩位食用。羅漢齋炒麵:汁調校得適當好處唔會太稀或太稠,麵底都唔會油淋淋,配菜新鮮,不錯既感覺齋滷味(細):啲味道同口感都唔算好突出,平常出品鮮百合牛片炒貓耳朵:今餐最巧手嘅菜式,用菌類炒到好似牛肉片一樣配個貓耳(木耳),西芹百合甜椒,一個菜式有幾種口感仲要係非常配合,當小菜食或者撈飯食都非常好食涼瓜炒蛋:看似簡單,煎得火候恰到好處,食落去涼瓜微微回甘整體來講,我後悔叫左d太簡單既菜式,下次有時間要再幫襯多次,見下佢地真章
