5/11(三) 2:30pm早晨如常到上環客串後,下午先到"鴻桃"跟休假的組長歎歎一盅兩件,才到I.T.推動經濟.下午茶時段,店內座上客若干桌;環境企理光猛,滿好坐的!下午茶的點心價格是正價的八折再八折即六六折,大,中,小點正價為$14,$18,$22.酥皮蛋撻$5.8,蝦米煎腸粉$5.8,蘿蔔糕$5.8,叉燒包(小),菜肉窩貼(中),鮮蝦豆苗餃酥皮蛋撻--三隻迷你蛋撻並非我所好的牛油皮.酥皮及蛋漿之水準還算托賴.蝦米煎腸粉--腸粉雖則稍厚且不夠滑溜,但蝦米蔥花的份量沒將貨就價,不俗!蘿蔔糕--煎至焦脆的蘿蔔糕挺足料的;喫出蘿蔔絲及腊肉香;倘若糕身厚度再增添些,效果更理想!叉燒包--爆口叉燒包表層軟中帶微微濕氣,而吃進內的又燒餡帶蜜味.吹毛求疪地嫌醬汁過盛.鮮蝦豆苗餃--三角狀豆苗餃皮滑煙韌,豆苗的清香比蝦粒出眾;蘸豆瓣醬作提味之效!菜肉窩貼--外皮微有脆意及硬度,亦重油份;而豬肉餡份量過甚,予人有悶滯之吃後感!侍應生態度良好;才花消$75的下午茶,划算實惠!
