前菜是即場做的雞泡魚干和魚子鵝肝蒸蛋。雞泡魚干鮮味,而蒸蛋的配料十分足夠。龍蝦,銀鱈魚和帶子都具份量和新鮮。鐵板燒師傅把味道調得剛剛好😋我們不用另外點醬汁。鵝肝做得十分出色!師傅把它煎得外脆內軟以及使用了紅酒調味令人回味無窮!A五日本和牛用了切粒的方式烹調,入口即溶,也是令人食慾大增!甜品是銅鑼燒配綠茶雪糕。 即做的熱辣辣銅鑼燒外脆內軟甜味適中,綠茶雪糕夾在中間令食客的味覺有很強的衝擊!💥
