To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚老婆帶同家人來到尖東覓食,這家彩褔皇宴佔地數萬尺(我估),樓底高,非常闊落,家人坐得舒服又高興。 點了小弟喜愛的雞雞,脆皮南乳雞($58),香脆的外皮,一點也不油膩,令我毫不猶疑地把整塊雞皮吞下,雞肉亦很嫩滑。 櫻花蝦蒜子濃湯泡莧菜($79),菜算新鮮,但略嫌這款櫻花蝦的味道未夠香,發揮不了這道菜應有的水準。 懷舊金獎叉燒($118),充滿蜜味的外皮,肉質鮮美多汁,果然名不虛傳呀! 原個椰皇燉燕窩($40),原隻椰皇,加上足料的燕窩,在別處很難以這個價錢吃得到呢!而蛋白的味道清甜嫩滑,很好味啊! 而每人都只是一百元左右,實在抵食呢!可以再來呀!
