由下面逆時針數起為:粉紅玫瑰,榛子果仁,黑朱古力,芝士同西班牙火腿.

西班牙火腿鹹,味道最濃,但濃極都唔會好濃;芝士味好出;黑朱古力食到微苦;榛子果仁普通,冇特別;粉紅玫瑰就好花味,唔太甜.

然後到starter,茴香沙律配帕馬臣芝士同番茄沙律配水牛芝士,松子仁,羅勒.兩款starter一齊到,侍應同我o地講,兩款撈埋一齊食.
撈埋一齊食?一個餐跟一個starter,我o地叫兩個就話有晒兩款可以撈埋o黎食啫,咁講法,即係如果單獨食其中一款就唔好食?

侍應又介紹綠色o既係由生菜打成o既茸,牛肉他他下面有啫喱,叫我o地撈埋o黎食.我又先唔撈埋o黎食,牛肉味道唔濃,口感滑,蛋黃同啫喱味道清到接近冇.

然後到是日餐湯-絲瓜湯是也.從未聽過用絲瓜做湯,今次真係大開眼界,而為o左模仿cappuccino,面上就用o左杏仁打成泡沫,再加少少番茄乾裝飾.

我就真係要搖一搖個杯,令佢凍少少o黎飲.

講返味道,話係杏仁泡沫,我同我老公都飲唔到杏仁味,而青緑色o既絲瓜湯呢?冇草青味亦冇乜絲瓜味,只覺得口感順滑,點解店方用絲瓜咁淡味o既o野做湯?係為o左配襯返佢o地清淡o既風格?如果係,咁就係用o岩o左.

草莓紅茶只有香味係有草莓味,飲落係冇o既,但口感滑,味道夠但唔算好濃.

而老公o既薄荷茶呢?冇薄荷o既涼快感覺.味道微苦,怪怪.

總括:

賣相極精緻似藝術品,係有心機,不過份量好少(或者因為係法國菜吧),但仍須注意食物質素,始終唔係平,我明白信和廣場舖租唔平,畢竟客人唔係只為食賣相囉.

由於店舖早已知我係試食,所以我o係味道,服務同衛生都減o左啲分.
