今時今日想一盅兩件,除咗可以去酒樓,其實好多小舖亦都做得好出色,鋿晶館就係其中一間。餐廳係自家製品牌,手作點心,所有都係現場即點即做,而聽聞師傅更加來頭不少,曾就職於日本東京富麗華多年,招呼過高管達人和明星,回港後亦在多間米芝蓮酒店及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,經驗豐富。▶️月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃 - 皮薄,做到晶凝效果,內裡嘅蝦仁還算大隻▶️黑松露北菇燒賣皇 - 少少黑松露醬鋪上面,配上北菇同其他餡料,食落很惹味▶️齒頰留香脆蘿蔔腸 - 白滑腸粉,裏面脆皮包住一絲絲蘿蔔,食落有兩種口感幾特別▶️百吃不厭鹹水角 - 顏色金黃,外皮酥脆,熱辣辣炸出來就最好味▶️咱家秘製叉燒包 - 包面軟腍,裏面爆餡流汁,叉燒餡料夠豐富▶️鳳爪排骨金鳳飯 - 用上飯味香濃的金鳳米,肉汁滲透飯裏特別滋味
