呢間觀塘小區既葫蘆館,四十年前由一對夫婦開起做薑撞奶,我由細個同爸媽一齊黎食,食到畢業做野,每隔幾個月就幫襯一次,由細個食唔到辣要叫少辣到依加「多薑少辣」,呢份情意結咁多年都無變,隔唔中就好想過黎食。上年見葫蘆館話關門大吉,到中間曾經轉手比一個中年媽媽繼續做,再到近排再次重開,見到昔日殘舊既藍白簡單裝修已經變身成另一個光鮮新景象,當然要黎試下我既「多薑少甜」有無變到。呢款經典宵夜甜品,一試之下,仍然保留當年既美味,奶香濃郁,唔會太過膩,加上手工磨嘅生薑,味道非常香辣,正好中和咗牛奶嘅甜味。每一口都帶有薑的微微辛辣,唔會覺得單調。🍶🌿薑撞奶嘅口感滑溜,像絲綢般細膩,係我咁多年鍾情既口感😋雖然舊時兩夫婦已唔再出現係鋪,但就憑呢碗薑撞奶,我既兒時回憶又番哂黎🍵💖
