海鮮及燒烤一向都是我的至愛，就和朋友去朗廷酒店試個有齊海鮮及燒烤的自助晚餐，而且依家網上訂位仲有75折就試試。自從The Food Gallery重整過，今次都是首次來，發現自助晚餐都算多元化，最養眼是甫入餐廳就望到海鮮區放了幾款冰鎮海鮮，朋友是海鮮控，就超級的開心，仲吃得好滿足，呢度就有幾款冰鎮海鮮，包括波士頓龍蝦、加拿大蟹腳、新西蘭生蠔、大蝦、青口、小龍蝦、翡翠螺，海鮮迷就食得好開心。即叫即切的新鮮刺身，還有手握壽司及日式冷麵，就算不能遠赴日本，响呢度都滿足到你。香烤的惹味豬腩卷及西冷扒，肉汁豐盈，味道濃郁。自助餐內提供的燒烤美饌，廚師在燒烤爐上，即席掃上特製醬汁在羊架上，肉質都算嫩，還有我至愛的牛舌，令我真是按奈不住。餐廳設有亞洲風味自助麵食站，由廚師即場炮製，自選麵條、配料及湯底，除清湯外，仲有喇沙湯底，味道都香濃，熱烘烘的都幾滋味。皮脆肉嫩的乳豬件，每人兩件，要吃多兩件的話，記住要和廚師講聲呀！細細件的鵝肝剛剛好，送進口中。熱盤都有幾款可供選擇，仲有炒飯肯定好夠飽。這裡的甜品也是令人亮點，款款都好吸引，今次我就揀了雪糕，絕對能給你無限驚喜。The Food Gallery地
