巨人冰室-冰室港式情懷最近發現的一間新冰室,內裡牆身是舊式冰室的綠白色格仔紋,桌子是仿紅白藍膠袋的紋理,菜單封面也具特色,以老香港的建築、霓虹燈招牌的畫像作封面。黑松露炒蛋多士厚切的即烘多士,脆口熱熱的,上面塗上一層牛油,再來是半熟的超份量炒滑蛋,滑蛋滑又香,一脆一滑,最後再配上黑松露,令味道更惹味。蔥油雞扒煎蛋飯大大塊的起骨雞腿肉扒,比我的臉還大,半煎炸的雞扒,雞皮脆口雞肉嫩滑,上面再倒上滿滿的蔥油,令雞扒更香更滑更juicy,而白飯配上流漿煎蛋和甜豉油,單吃經已很吸引,配雞扒更正。焗鮮茄牛扒飯海量的蕃茄醬和切件蕃茄佈滿整個焗飯,令飯不會太乾,濃濃的拉絲芝士配上牛扒,飯底是蛋炒飯底。凍華田、凍柚子蜜消暑解渴凍飲。

黑松露炒蛋多士
厚切的即烘多士,脆口熱熱的,上面塗上一層牛油,再來是半熟的超份量炒滑蛋,滑蛋滑又香,一脆一滑,最後再配上黑松露,令味道更惹味。
