香港人打邊爐真系一年四季都打得,呢幾日濕濕熱熱,點都要揀個冬瓜荷葉海鮮鍋去去濕氣,上到來餐廳,冷氣好足,呢間分店不算大,但裝修幾有中式古典味道,都算坐得舒服。門口貼著「復刻那些年」曾經明星幫襯的雜誌頁面。好熱鬧。上百種食材,睇得我地眼花撩亂,我地揀左冬瓜荷野海鮮鍋。店員先將一個大鐵鍋端上來,鍋中除左冬瓜,荷葉,仲有蝦,蟹,蜆,帶子。跟住在鍋中倒魚湯。再將鍋蓋蓋上。等湯大滚之後,店員提醒我們先飲一碗湯,呢個時候我地各自裝左湯出來飲,真系好鮮甜,仲有好清的荷葉冬瓜味,荷葉的味道很清香。順便食塊冬瓜下下火氣。蟹好新鮮,大大舊蟹肉,肉質十分鮮甜。我地點左炸芋頭片,黑松露蟹肉餃,豆卜,凍豆腐,紅薯粉,手打蝦滑。碟上有溫馨提示,要記得將黑松露餃放入撈勺,滾40秒就食得,如果唔系,如果直接丟入鍋內,會好容易散掉。最後我地糸放入撈勺,滾了1分鐘左右,咬開餃皮,墨松露好香,餡很綿密。凍豆腐大大碟,賣相好到令隔離枱都系咁望,這個凍豆腐真糸幾好,滾左一下就食得,落左鍋的凍豆腐開始變軟,食落口好有豆味。要飽肚一定要記住嗌紅薯粉,口感Q到不行!飽肚既美味。蝦滑上有蝦籽,慢慢將佢落晒在滚水中,等一陣便有得食,好爽
