因為老闆升左職又加左人工,一星期前已經叫定我地唔好放假,LUNCH請我地食請好!我同AMY做左搵位先鋒,仲叫定一枱點心等佢地黎食~蛋撻仔: 我地叫左2碟,每碟有3個。呢個我叫佢做兩口蛋撻,因為細到兩口就可以食晒! 個皮明明係酥皮,但係唔脆既,至於D蛋漿,我覺得甜過頭,除左甜,我咩味都食唔到,下次可以唔使點~蝦餃: 一籠四粒,塊皮好厚,望唔穿入面,唔夠晶瑩剔透。至於入面既餡料,絕對係真材實料既蝦肉! 我咬開一半黎睇睇,有成3粒蝦肉!!!一粒蝦餃3粒蝦肉絕對出乎我意料之外! 蝦肉既肉質細嫩鮮美,爽口彈牙!食完係想食多粒架!(因為我好中意食蝦餃,所以我叫左4籠,每人食到2粒架!)蒸叉燒腸粉: 可能腸粉豉油岩我既味,我覺得好好食!腸粉皮薄餡靚,又滑,蒸既時間岩岩好,黎到之後仲暖暖地。由於有成十幾人飲茶,所以我地將腸粉分開3 PARTS,腸粉皮薄,所以一切就可以分開了,叉燒味道帶少少咸,份量岩岩好,少少既咸味同腸粉豉油既甜相映成趣,味道真係無得彈呀!臨尾我地每人嗌左一碗紅豆沙,甜度適中!好多紅豆沙都係溝水同無乜豆,但係呢個都有好多紅豆,紅豆煮到爛晒,又綿!食落一陣陳皮味,又香又濃~ 食左一個好滿
