To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小妹在良景的課程來到第三堂,同樣又係預早左少少俾自己上課前先食尐野,坐低拎起餐牌一陣,就決定今次食個美式早餐,要煎豬扒的然後落單ge店員問小妹要唔要加通粉或麥皮,其實就算唔加小妹都夠食架啦,但被人問一問小妹又唔知點解真係會加多碗麥皮等左一陣,個餐來到,份多士真係好大份呀!!面頭雖然睇上黎係一層超薄的蒜蓉牛油,但原來好夠味,成塊都好香蒜蓉,牛油ge香都會喺後面跟出黎,多士邊又唔會乾硬化,;小妹用麥皮配住食,好好味,成塊食晒麥皮似係用滾水開的,唔會太稀,但又未至於話佢杰,但真係淡,不過檯頭有糖,可以自己加包落去食完多士同碗麥皮其實已經見飽架啦,不過冇可能浪費食物架!! 同埋今次主要係想食豬扒嘛!豬扒唔算厚,但就好淋好入味,反而係隻多有d失望,原來係全熟蛋,小妹仲以為會係太陽蛋tim.......
