之前一個月總會光顧一至兩次,因為真心認為個紅薯粉好好食,但後來次數少了,因為帶住小朋友,要就住小朋友嘅口味,今日去接小朋友放學前,先一個人走去回味一下。呢次叫左個小鍋紅薯粉(小酸辣)+豬耳+豬軟骨。個紅薯粉原來依加係有得揀要粗或幼,幼就係嗰隻透明嘅扭紋薯粉,而粗嘅係原本嗰隻,小妹要左粗薯粉,條條都煮到淋晒,但又不失佢本身嘅煙韌小辣嘅湯底加入酸菜,以增加湯底的味道。豬耳大約有十塊,肉質軟滑,軟骨爽脆,可惜塊塊都係薄切,滿足唔到口感。豬軟骨就有三塊,厚闊度大約係成人三隻手指拍埋咁上下,廋肉部分好淋唔鞋口,軟骨部份同樣保持到爽脆
